Mountain Dew Sport was the first energy drink variant in the Mountain Dew line.

HistoryEdit

Following the failure of Mountain Dew Red in 1988, PepsiCo. decided to release this drink, which had the familiar taste of Mountain Dew, but with ingredients that promoted athletic activity. Its 2-calorie version and its Diet form lasted until 1991, when they were discontinued.

DescriptionEdit

Mountain Dew Sport and Diet Sport both retained the original citrus flavor of Mountain Dew, as well as the yellow-green color
