Out of curiosity, I've started a little project to mix certain Mountain Dew flavors together.

The Back by Popular DEWmand era (2011)

I only made one mix.

Voltage, Supernova 6/10 I remember this being OK and nothing more. Two great flavors mixed to make a mediocre one in this case. Were this an actual flavor variant, it would be my least favorite. --HurricaneMaker99 01:31, August 2, 2012 (UTC)

Dark Berry, Voltage 8/10 Is blue raspberry already included in Dark Berry's mix? I'd have to try it again, but I recall Dark Berry taking the vast majority of this mix's flavor, with Voltage's influence being very subtle, more so than in the Dark Berry-and-Code Red mix as described below. The result was still positive though. If mixing Dark Berry and Voltage results in a Dark Berry flavor with only a slight accentuation of the blue raspberry part of the equation, then so be it. --HurricaneMaker99 01:31, August 2, 2012 (UTC)

Dark Berry, Code Red 10/10 This was a very successful experiment. Dark Berry is the prevalent flavor, but there's a subtle splash of cherry courtesy of Code Red. Highly recommended. --HurricaneMaker99 01:31, August 2, 2012 (UTC)

Original/Throwback, Voltage 7/10 Makes for a nice blue raspberry lemon lime flavor. It starts out cool and smooth, but the aftertaste is a bit tart, and that's probably what's keeping me from giving this mix a higher score. Not that that's a bad thing in and of itself — Dark Berry's blueberry aftertaste is a tad tart, but I like it because I love blueberries. It's probably just that tartness doesn't work quite as well with this mix's flavor. That being said, the positives outweigh that negative, which isn't that much of a deal-breaker in the first place. I would recommend this mix, but you won't see me raving about it like I would with my mix of Dark Berry and Code Red. --HurricaneMaker99 21:00, August 2, 2012 (UTC)

Voltage, White Out 7/10 I liked this when I had it about a week ago, but had trouble describing the flavor. I'll get to that much eventually. --HurricaneMaker99 00:00, August 16, 2012 (UTC)
